- Description of the Activity: A panel of 3 or more people who are experts in the field will present the key areas of importance of reading and how it benefits our research, study and life-long learning.
- Objectives: Inculcate reading as an aspect of daily life; helps mental, emotional and psychological development; create a reading culture in the community; to evaluate and research authentic information.
- Outcome: Increase knowledge and information; develop writing skills and language enrichment; improve other various skills such as understanding, researching, building comprehension strategies, information literacy skills, etc.
- Frequency with duration: 2 sessions (one session on importance of reading & reading habits and the other on information literacy skills) for one hour.
